Geometric terms

Today my class was learning about all types of  shapes. I properly did not learn all of them but I learnt some I learnt about 2d shapes 3d shapes Quadrilateral, Parallelogram, Kite, Trapezoid and some more we where supposed to do.We had to do 28 shapes but I only did 19 here is a LINK for my slide about it.

Geometry

On Tuesday I learnt how to do angles. I was surprised how fun it was I thought it would be boring but it was quite fun and my favourite was the perpendicular it looks like this

Skittle Maths

On Tuesday me and my class did skittle maths so here is what we did, So we got a pack of skittle and then with my skittles I  had to thither  out the Mean, Medina,Mode and Range. It was quite fun and my favourite part was eating the skittles. Do you know that there are 43 skittles in a skittle pack here is a link for my work. LINK

Past Tense in Maori

Today we were looking at the Past Tense in Maori it was hard at first but it got easier, When writing using past tense we use the indicators “I” indicates actions more distant in time “Kua” in indicates a completed action. Volume of a cube

As part of pangarau/maths I have being learning how to find the volume of a cube/cuboid. It is quite easy but you have to lean how to do it first it is quite hard but then it gets easy like so easy and if I can do it I know that you can to.So you ask how to do it so guts do V=LxHxW the V stands for volume the L stands for Length,The W stands for Width,And the H stands for Height.it’s quite easy and fun, And here is a photo of my work
